• Recording of sessions is prohibited

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be done within 24 hours or 100% of booking amount will be forfeited.

• Only 3 reschedule attempts offered within a 3 month period or 100% of booking amount will be forfeited.

• If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients are required to email info@pomegranatemountainseed.com at least 24 hours before their appointment time.

• Early notification allows the company to better utilize appointments for other clients.

Refund Policy

At Pomegranate MountainSeed Healings, all sales are final. Due to the nature of intuitive and energetic services, no refunds are offered once a session is booked and completed.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but not based on dissatisfaction with the outcome or content of a session. Each reading or healing is delivered with integrity, but as with all intuitive work, the experience is subjective and results may vary.

Exceptions may include:

• Duplicate bookings

• Mistaken charges

• Legitimate scheduling conflicts (with notice)
